The Story
Nowhere else has man so severely effected his environment as along the Adriatic coast. Land and ocean have gone through drastic changes. However, hardly anywhere else can such a fascinating juxtaposition of wild nature and world famous places, of comings and goings, of beauty and destruction be observed. Here unique historical regions are found, craftsmen and artists have created treasures over the last thousands of years which seek any comparison.
This film is a time journey through the history of European civilisation.
