The Story
The film takes viewers on an expedition to the alpine ecology found on the Grossglockner. It gives an impressive account of life and survival at high altitudes.
Viewers learn about various animal and plant species and their fascinating strategies for survival in the largely barren mountains and accompany a clan of marmots through the four seasons.
